Over the last year, I reflected on my journey thus far and realized, that often times we feel alone or struggle especially, when our life is not running as we wish. Over time I found exercises and sacred places or hobbies, that help me to navigate myself through tough times. With this blog, I would like to share my experiences and inspirations with you.
